The departure time for the bus from the Practice Range to the Shooting Field will be daily at 8 a.m. Please do not be late, as this is the only way to access Itaipu Binacional. It is mandatory to wear your identification badge visibly when boarding the bus and during the competition.

Only accredited archers will have access to the shooting field (no companions allowed).

Ensure that your equipment is ready for use upon boarding the bus. There will be no space for luggage, bags, or cases. If you wish to bring a spare bow, it should be taken to the drop-off location of the bus, where a place to hang will be available.

Fruit and water stations will be available at the shooting field for archers at no cost. Bring your water bottle to refill. If you prefer other types of food, feel free to bring your own.

Portable toilets will be distributed across all competition field.

All archers in the group must collectively submit their scorecards at the entrance tent to the fields. Afterward, proceed to the buses. As the buses fill up, they will return to CTG Charrua.

The deadline for submitting score card will be 5:30 PM every day.
